Bolster is a marketing firm based in Ponchatoula. We strive to bolster our local Southeast Louisiana businesses by providing affordable marketing services with personal support.
Who We are
We plan and manage your marketing strategy, channels, and tasks. We ask questions, do our research, and put together a strategy for gaining and retaining customers. Then we make that plan come to life by managing your marketing tasks and projects.
What we do
For businesses without dedicated marketing departments, we act as your marketing manager, without the financial burden of hiring a full-time marketing director. We plan and manage your marketing efforts.
For those with marketing staff, we are available as needed. We can help you implement new procedures, research new opportunities, create plans for an incoming employee, and provide additional manpower to bolster your stellar team.

Meet the owner
Christina Bougere
Christina has worked with small businesses for over a decade - through her time with LED’s Microenterprise Development Program at the Urban Restoration Enhancement Corporation, then as Assistant Director with Louisiana Construction and Industry Association, and now proudly with Bolster, which she created to help our local businesses shine.
Her love of mom and pop shops first started in her grandfather’s music store. At Bolster, we know how local businesses are not only the lifeblood of a community but also the legacy of families. We treat you like family - helping you craft your story, so you’ll be telling it for generations.
Education
Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Leadership Development from Louisiana State University

We know the channels and tools to market your business all within your budget. Owners and managers are busy with countless tasks. Let us take marketing off your plate.

First, you'll chat with a Bolster representative to discuss your needs, your ideas, and your concerns. From there, Bolster will create a proposal based on what you want to accomplish. Our proposals will lay out the proposed services, the anticipated schedule, and all deliverables. After the proposal has been accepted, your Bolster representative will send you the contract. Once the contract has been signed, we'll get to work!

For our contracted marketing management services, we bill monthly. Our monthly payment plans allow our clients to know exactly how much they’ll be spending each month, which makes budgeting easier. All clients are invoiced via email and can pay online or via check.
For projects, the cost of the project will be broken down into multiple payments, due at project milestones. All payments will be outlined in the contract, as well as the proposal.
